Privacy and data
Privacy Policy
BenefitPlay is a browser-based games website. The games are provided for entertainment, short mental warm-ups, and personal progress tracking.
What BenefitPlay is
BenefitPlay offers short browser games such as number-grid, memory matching, visual comparison, and pattern challenges. Scores, progress, and result screens are game results only. BenefitPlay is not a medical, clinical, therapeutic, diagnostic, or health-care tool.
Guest mode
Some games can be played as a guest. Guest play uses a browser-based anonymous player cookie and browser storage so the site can keep local features such as "Best on this device" working. Guest results are intended to stay tied to the browser and device you used.
Clearing cookies or site data in your browser may reset guest identifiers, local best scores, weekly progress, and other device-local game information.
Account mode
If you create an account, BenefitPlay stores the information needed to register, sign in, protect your account, and provide account features. This may include your email address, password hash, email confirmation status, sign-in security data, and account preferences.
Account play can save official game history, statistics, high scores, and progress where those features are supported. Creating an account is useful when you want official saved results rather than browser-local guest results.
Gameplay and progress data
BenefitPlay may store gameplay-related data such as selected game, mode, score, levels passed, moves or numbers found, game duration, high scores, result history, and validation information needed to keep gameplay fair. The exact data depends on the game and whether you are playing as a guest or signed-in user.
Cookies and browser storage
BenefitPlay uses cookies for necessary site features such as sign-in, security, antiforgery protection, and anonymous guest sessions. The site also uses browser local storage or session storage for guest game progress, weekly challenge progress, cookie preferences, and temporary analytics session state when analytics is enabled.
See the Cookie Policy for more detail about cookie and storage categories.
Analytics and consent
BenefitPlay uses optional analytics to understand how visitors use the site and game funnel. This can include page views, game page visits, Play Now clicks, game starts, completed rounds, Play Again clicks, and similar product events. Analytics is handled through Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, Hotjar where enabled, and BenefitPlay's own consent-aware analytics helpers.
Non-essential analytics is controlled by the cookie consent banner and Cookie Settings panel. If you reject analytics or turn it off later, BenefitPlay stops sending analytics events through the shared browser analytics helper and updates Google Consent Mode to deny analytics storage.
Support messages and contact
If you contact support or report a bug, BenefitPlay may receive the information you choose to provide, such as your email address, page or game name, browser, device, screenshots, and steps to reproduce an issue. Do not send passwords or sensitive personal information in support messages.
Data retention
BenefitPlay keeps account and gameplay data for as long as it is reasonably needed to provide the website, maintain account features, support fair play, troubleshoot issues, and meet operational or legal needs. Browser-local guest data stays on your device until the browser removes it or you clear it.
Your choices
You can play supported games as a guest, create or manage an account, change non-essential cookie choices from Cookie Settings, clear browser site data, or contact support about account-related privacy requests. Account holders can ask about deletion of account-related data by using the support options on the Contact page.
Entertainment-only notice
BenefitPlay games are for entertainment, short mental warm-ups, and personal progress tracking. They are not medical devices, clinical tools, diagnostic tests, therapy, or health-care guidance. Scores and progress should not be used to assess, diagnose, treat, prevent, or manage any health condition.
